Production Process

The production of YiMeiYuan’s steel processing plant mainly goes through three stages of “ironmaking-steelmaking-rolling”. The basic process is to obtain raw materials, and then pass it through a converter and an electric furnace.

    Different steelmaking furnaces smelt pig iron, scrap steel, etc. into crude steel, and then send it to a rolling mill for rolling processing, or after forging, it will eventually become usable steels of various shapes.

All steel products of Yimeiyuan are packaged in accordance with national standards and the requirements of the order contract.

    Under normal circumstances, the packaging should be delivered in bundles, and each bundle should be of the same batch number.

 Steel exports are mainly transported by sea, air and rail. Shipping is usually carried by lorries from the factory to the port, in containers, bulk cargoes or special containers, depending on the weight and size of the goods.
